Fabulous for family fun, comfortable spacious rooms and bathroom. We had a fantastic view over the water park. Kids loved it
Wish you could eat at more places on half board like the Italian. As the only options were buffet which crazily only opens for 2 hours during dinner service 6-8?? What main restaurant in a hotel only opens for 3 hours dinner service! This was a problem for us as the other options for dinner were wox Chinese or Indian which my kids don’t like or a cafe which isn’t really a night out experience.
The hotel need to think about this. And extend opening hours because it’s a real rush to get back from your day out/ relaxing around the pool and be ready for dinner at 6.

I will be recommending the Grand Hyatt to all of our family and friends especially with children that are considering a stopover in Dubai. It's so close to the airport, short drive to Dubai Mall and the water park onsite is the major selling point. I must note every single person we dealt with was lovely. Thank you!
Nothing to remark as not likeable.

The property was clean , I had the ambassador suite very spacious . The spa was the best ( had a lovely facial )
The laundry bags were never replaced .
Same food always at breakfast
I felt some of the staffs where racist .
I felt very out of place
I made a few complains to the managers Sagar & Zain who made things a lot better. Thank you Sagar & Zain
