Good choice breakfast could have done with being bit hotter
Pool and Jacuzzi was really nice
no spin dryer in pool changing room so have to take soaking wet costume back to suitcase
Hairdryers now need updating in room bit useless.
Could do with plug socket/usb port right next to bed.

Quiet comfortable room. Good wi fi, Nice breakfast. Easy parking.
The coffee service in the bar is terrible. Staff receive information on the computer system that they need to address so one can wait forever to order a simple drink or coffee. On one occassion there were three members of staff looking at the screen for ten minutes and no one addressing waiting customers. On two occassions I gave up and went back to my friends. I like the hotel but I will bring my own flask in future. It's a bad point and was the same on a previous visit. £4.25 for a coffe and biscuit if you can get served. That's not acceptable for price or service.

Nice staff, good car parking, felt safe.
Grout around shower could do with a scrub. Chicken curry was palatable but chicken was not great quality. Pool out of service.
