Amacas nueva porfavor.

El apartamento la piscina el trato de personal todo muy bien

Lo único malo es las amacas de la piscina que está muy viejas y está en mal estado es lo único malo que veo y notado en mis espalda .

Fantastisk beliggenhet og leilighet for pengene.

Folkene som jobber der er fantastiske. Beliggenhet genial, alt man kunne ønske seg kan man gå til, men likevel sover man i et noenlunde rolig område.

Det var tydelig at storhetstiden til dette stedet var for 10-15 år siden. Mye var slitt og gammelt. Føltes likevel for det meste bare estetisk viktig ut, ingenting å si på komforten.

Great location. great price. lovely pool bar and great food from Johanas

I took a pillow from the bedroom down to the poolside. The lifeguard nearly had a stroke & was getting very upset about it. I said I wouldn’t use it and left it beside my sun lounger. next thing the manager of the desk was out making out I had broken every rule in the book. remember it was a pillow not been used. then on the Sunday with out getting our room cleaned on the Saturday I asked for some clean towels the maid didn’t have much English so she had to phone the same desk manager to ask her to speak to me. I just asked for a few towels I was told no I had broken more rules because u don’t get clean towels on a Sunday. Then the Maintenance man was called he had to come and see was everything ok before I broke another rule . but then the maid turns up with 3/4 towels 2 would have done up. then there was a leak in the water pipes. Maintenance started jackhammering at 8am for 4 days in a row. we only got home at 4 am . so very disappointed with these apartments after staying before and had no problem. but the last time I didn’t take the pillow to the pool.

Exceptional

Ground floor apartment with swimming pool close by shops and beach nearby as well.

I would not have negative points apart from property being old but overall very copnveinent and value for money. Staff always freindly and accommodating from receptionists to room maids and cleaners.

great place !

very cosy place. quiet, warm pool protected from the wind, with nice guests and staff. second time for us staying there, it was even better than first time, that says it all.

Basic but adequate

Basic but adequate facilities. Good location. Heated swimming pool.

On my arrival the bed was made up with used bedsheets. Luckily there were severa other beds to choose from in the apartment. On one occasion I got used smelly towel. Again, there were few in the bathroom so I just gave it back. Several bulbs were out of order.

Good value apartment but could be better with a little updating

The pool is excellent as is the associated pool bar. The apartment was spacious, though the decor is tired.

Stayed for 9 days and requested a portable fan as the rooms have no ceiling fans. Was never allocated one - "on the waiting list" Had a large cockroach in the room. The receptionist expressed their surpise we had on one the 4th floor!

excellent two weeks stay

I noticed a fire in the dinning room and had to find a spanish woman to contact the property director then she phoned the fire department for fire services. No member of the apartment staff questioned or thanked me. This has highlighted a problem,,, the apartments only have reception 0800 to 1630, with occasional other staff, they is no emergency telephone number to contact any body from the apartments out of hours for emergencies or other serious problems

Another very enjoyable stay!!

Location, swimming pool and the apartment!!

Apartments would be even better if they had a kettle, toaster and free WiFi. It would be worth paying a bit more!!

Nothing extraordinary, an old building but clean and with all the facilities working properly.

The heated swimming pool wasn't heated enough for me.

Spacious apartment in a great location

Large apartment with well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms.. Balcony overlooked the pool and also had sea views. Friendly staff at pool bar and reception and also lifeguard and cleaners.5 minute walk to Yumbo centre and main Playa del Inglés beach.

I didn't like the cheap plastic mattress protector on the bed and thought the toaster should be included in the apartment instead of having to rent it separately.

Pleasant stay again

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Nice appartment. Location near to beach, shopping center and restaurants/pubs. Sufficient number of sun beds at the swimming pool.

Great location, warm pool and friendly cats :) Very basic but two bedrooms so goid for families. Exceptional value for money

Hit and miss cleaning rota, apartments and common areas need a facelift. Uncomfortable sofas and hard beds. Bar service very basic and reduced hours, difficult to know when it would be open. With a little investment improvements would be huge

I would stay again

Heated pool, an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, coffee vending machine in the lobby, south-west facing balcony always sunny and you can watch the sunset. I would stay again.

We could not figure out the housekeeping schedule. Some days only towels were changed, nothing else. Other days the beds were made, but towels not changed. Sometimes there were no any service few days in a row.

Good but old complex of apartments with a heated pool

Big and clean heated pool. The location is perfect to visit a long beach - not many swimming people but perfect for jogging and walking. A lot of bars and eateries around, shopping centers and all kinds of fun for tourists. The apartments' rooms are good sized and the kitchen facilities are various including coffee machine and microwave. Cleanness in the apartment and the complex. Bar on the ground floor (works from Wednesday till Sunday). Free squash and tennis courts. The staff is polite.

The furniture is tired, beds with hard mattresses. There is no washing machine, dishwasher and oven (bust for the fans of home pizza or baking). An electric cooker for two small pans. No kettle or teapot. Extra fee for wi-fi.

Perfect location: short walking distance from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The pool area was my personal highlight as it is totally wind protected (we had three weeks of strong winds!) All personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The complex would greatly profit from a general refurbishment.
