Lovely and grand seaside hotel. The proximity to the Saint Malo train station is excellent and it is directly on the waterfront of a beautiful beach with close walking access maybe a 20 minute walk to the old city. Definitely has that 19th century ‘ the doctor prescribed me some fresh air’ vibes which we loved. We had a regular room with a garden view and we’re perfectly happy with the room itself. We didn’t need an ocean view to enjoy our stay because you see the ocean from everywhere in the property all of the common areas and the ocean is literally steps away.
Nothing. For some reason, I thought there was going to be an outdoor swimming pool, but there is not it’s indoors which is fine.

The hotel, spa, and dining are exceptional.
The wellness facilities, the 3 dining experiences and bar are fantastic. We loved having food and drinks on the patio.
The highlight was the spa which was included for guests. The onsite boutique was great.
The rooms are beautiful. The staff was extremely attentive.
All was perfect.

The hotel is not of the 5 star category…we have considerable number of hotels comparisons. 4 star is appropriate. Several negative comments on TripAdvisor remain unaddressed . Did not use Thallaso.
