The beach location was excellent. The views are stunning.
We would have preferred an outdoor pool as the weather was exceptionally hot. Although the apartments are rated as 4 star, there is no air conditioning, which again was surprising and very uncomfortable, as the temperatures we in the late 30s.
A bar / restaurant on site would have made the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Having to go for a bus, to go for something to eat, was difficult. The bus stop was a good 10 minute walk, on uneven pavements, which is challenging for those with mobility issues and the bus service is not frequent. I would recommend this accommodation if you are happy to drive everywhere, though parking in Saint Malo was was very busy.

Modern apart-hotel right on the beach with spectacular views. A great pool and nice breakfast(~54e for 2a+2c).
No windows only floor to ceiling doors which made opening the doors for ventilation at night challenging. Rooms on the small size with limited cupboard space. Long walk to St. Malo

Disappointment and in need of renovation, sofa in the room was dirty and disgusting. Too expensive for what it offers and would NOT return or recommend.
Not 4* starts for sure.
