Good location on the marina
Towel rail in bathroom was lethal for a head injury on the sharp corner. Tried to book a spa treatment and was told to contact the consultant myself which I think the hotel should do, so I didn’t bother. Bar not attended and constantly had to wait sometime to be served sometimes that long that I had to contact reception

Location and facilities
The staff at the reception desk was good, but there was no staff at the bar. When it started raining for one and a half hour and everybody had to get in. There was nobody at the bar for more that an hour. We asked the reception desk and they tried to contact staff but obviously they were ignored. Very bad service. Especially since we couldn't get out to some other place due to the thunder storms.
