It was relatively close to the metro (10 min walk), and a bus could take us there. The staff were nice and the room was spacious. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower on the top floor which was amazing! The room was clean and the area itself felt safe.
We had a room with a sleeping sofa and ‘upstairs’ also two beds. We expected a separated room. We had two kids with us, the stairs and the bed rails didn’t feel really safe. The room is more suitable for a group of friends. Also the room didn’t have AC and you heard all noice from the balconies and hallway.

In general a nice room, very nice staff. The room was clean with all the things needed. Distance to the train or metro station is a bit far but acceptable. Nearby there is a big grocery store.
The room does not have air conditioner, so very warm during heat. Since there is also only one window, the natural ventilation is weak and does not help cool down the room. They do provide a fan, which helps a bit.

Good equipment and general good state.
No AC, and a lot of noise. On weekends, there is a restaurant bar on the ground floor with a terrace. Terrace = smoking area, and on top there is your room. With no AC, you open your windows = smoking smell in your room.
