Location, how clean it was, space, supermarket behind the corner, nice garden

Please check apartment 002, as the door wasn’t locking properly when we stayed there on the night of 19–20 September. We didn’t realise straight away that the doors weren’t actually locking. The key card activated the lock, so it appeared that everything was working correctly. However, when we accidentally pushed the doors, they opened without the card, we tried in many ways to get it locked but it was staying open. We did report this at check-out, so hopefully it will be looked into. As our stay was very short — just one night — a couple of tea bags, coffee pods and sugar sachets as a small welcome gesture would have made a nice difference. Even a small bottle of water would be appreciated. I asked at reception and was told that these could be purchased separately, although eventually we weren’t charged, which was a nice gesture from the reception team. However, in my opinion, having a few basic items available on arrival would make a noticeable difference, particularly for guests staying for only one night that it is not exactly convenient to purchase it in corner shop. I would also like to mention the breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am, but please be aware that if you need to leave early like us the choice may be limited. We had to leave the hotel at 8:15 am, so we went for breakfast as soon as it opened. We had also mentioned at check-in that we would be leaving early, as we had prepaid for breakfast in advance and wanted to check if we will have enough time to enjoy it. Unfortunately, many of the items were not available. There were no eggs, bacon, crêpes or pancakes. There were some pastries, bread, jams, yogurts, cheeses and ham, but we had been quite excited about the breakfast selection and found the options somewhat limited and disappointing. Although everything that was available was freshly baked/prepared and tasty.
