Staff was very nice, room was very big and very clean. Small kitchen is a plus if someone wants to use it. Location very good. Just 3 minutes away from the beach, and 5-7min away from the center areas. Metro station also like 5 min away. Rooms remain with a constant good temperature all the time, thanks to the AC running constantly, which makes it very nice during hot days in summer.
The couch bed would not be that comfortable if someone slept in it. This is the only negative thing that i found out and needs to be improved, but it didn't affect my experience at all. Nothing other than this.

Close to the centre of Carre d'Or and all its amenities, only 3 blocks from the Promenade des Anglais and its beach.
Daytime drilling and renovation works provided major background noise.
The two rooms were on the same floor, but not adjacent.
The wifi was poor.
The place is in need of redecoration - it may be in progress
$$$$
