Location is block and half from the promenade and beach. Great haircut down below and lots of restaurants and shops around.

The space is spacious and very close to the city center, especially near Tram 28.

Most of the facilities and equipment seem to be quite worn out. The towel rail is loose and looks like it could fall off at any time. The bedroom has a damp or musty smell. There is also a stain on the sofa in the living room, although I am not sure what caused it.
