The staff fantastic. Maura lent us a phone charger and told us how to get to Juventus football stadium. The hotel gave us a breakfast box for an early start.

Amazing location and quiet - we had two good night’s sleep. Air conditioning worked really well. Nice to get a complimentary bottle of water when we arrived.
The shower was basic and the room is very small, but we were prepared for this.

Very well located historic hotel. The hotel is just a few blocks from the seafront. The tram stop and train station are also within walking distance. There are a few parking spaces in the hotel courtyard.

Charming romantic old style villa hotel in a good location. everything in easy reach. I have stayed in other hotels in Nice that are preferable over the years I booked this as a new one to try and probably wont again.
No lift we had been travelling for three weeks in France so had luggage we were on the second floor usually there would be help with this. Not a great start didn't get the twin room we had booked and had confirmed in writing by the hotel I wasn't travelling as a couple, Reception staff were polite but unwelcoming so didn't make a fuss as it was just for one night. The cleaning staff helped us when they saw us struggling with our cases on the stairs. The breakfast staff were cool. A shame because the others hotels we had stayed in had given us a good experience.
