Up stairs deck was nice, location was good, cute little place. Parking was a plus.
Very small room for the money, you have to carry your own bags up the stairs to your room, bathroom is old, bath is slippery, breakfast was downstairs in basement and was ok. Nothing great. Fridge in room was not working.

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful.
Perfect location, near to everything.
Station and L2 tram to airport, beach, restaurants and shopping all near by.
Has a lovely quiet roof terrace too.
Absolutely perfect stay. I travelled alone but would happily visit as a couple here too.

The location and the staff at the were great.
The room was an attic room and my partner is 6'5ft tall which wasn't ideal. The room also had two doomer windows so visible view for us.

The hotel is right in the downtown, very close to all restaurants and supermarkets. 5 to 10 min walk distance to the metro or tram. Maybe 15 min walk to the beach area in Nice.
The Wifi is terrible, always on and off. The room is just fine with stony floor and not so comfy bed. The emergency alarm went off in the late evening and all the people just run to the lobby. It took maybe 15 min for the staff to turn it off but no one came and explained what happened. Not really appreciated, especially when you travel alone.
