The staff all of them especially the hotel receptionist, Manal. She is Amazing she managed to upgraded us with a really good price and they kept on checking on us which was kind of them.

What I liked most about the hotel was the great value for money, the friendly restaurant staff, and the excellent cleaning staff who kept everything spotless. The location was also very convenient, with the city center only a 15-minute walk away.
What I didn’t like was the reception staff, who were not very friendly and always asked for extra payment, even for early check-in and late check-out despite my loyalty status. The WiFi was very slow, and mobile coverage in the hotel was also poor.
