The staff on reception were amazing! So lovely and accommodating!! Spent so much time at reception because my flight was early and I didn’t check in till 4pm but they allowed me to use facilities, charging my phone, fresh filtered water, leave my luggage! Exceptional staff!
Rooms are clean
Shower is separate to toilet which is nice (chair for getting ready by the mirror is quite low so useless but still ok)
The size of the rooms are fairly big!
The hotel is extremely close to the town centre where you have cafes, shops everything you need and right next door to a police station.
Check in could be a little earlier like majority of hotels it is 2pm. But it’s ok
Maybe a better system where if the customers are in the room and the card has been validated and the lights have turned on, the cleaners should not come in (even if the room does need cleaning). This is not anything to do with the hotel- just improvement with technicalities in the future. The cleaners were really lovely

Location
No lift or ramp at the entrance to get your suitcase into the hotel and staff did not offer any help but asked me to ask the taxi driver to help instead

Friendly and helpful staff.
Room quite spacious with 2x AC units, nice balcony and good shower/bath tub.
Big king size bed, space to fit the baby cot and decent amenities.
