Very clean, well designed rooms, though small, Aircon in room. OK for a short stay. Bus into Biarritz and Bayonne right outside hotel
Some staff not friendly, not clear where to check in, outdoor seating area not very welcoming, no fridge or hot water/tea/coffee in room

This hotel is walking distance to the train station. We had difficulty using the machine for late checking and an employee came out and helped. If she wouldn’t have come out, we would not have been able to get our key.
The room and bathroom was very small, but adequate.

Walkable from the airport
Very difficult to check in. No English spoken. Very tiny bathroom with barely any room to wash properly in the shower. Check out is at 11 but at 10:30am my room door was opened whilst I was resting. No apology and no attempt to communicate why they’d opened it.
