Great, clean spacious appartment with a balcony and sea view, comfortable bed and adequately equipped kitchen. Location good for the beaches and for walking into Biarritz and lots of cycle paths too. Spa pool and outside pools were an added treat. Convenient walk (uphill) to the local bakery and Carrefour mini supermarket too.
There were no little welcome extras in the apartment and the soap containers were empty on arrival, however we had our own so it wasn’t a problem.
Didn’t realise in advance that we would have to pay extra for the underground parking, but it was worth it for the convenience and a cool car in the hot weather.

Lovely big room, outdoor and indoor pool areas are a bonus
You have to self clean the room but you are not provided with any cleaning products to do this, there’s only washing up liquid and you only get 1 dishwasher tablet.

The apartment was generally nice and the staff at reception was helpful. When we reported problems, they tried to fix them quickly, and we appreciated that.
Check-in time was very late (17:00) and check-out very early (10:00) with many penalties if you are late. We also paid for our dog for two days, but no service was provided for the dog (no bowl, no bed, nothing), which is unusual for dog-friendly places. When we arrived there was no hot water on the first day and also the next morning, so we couldn’t take a shower after the trip. One of the beds was also uncomfortable and partly broken, although the staff fixed it after we asked.
