Location was amazing. Clean, comfortable room with views to the ocean. Friendly, professional staff. Put a few things in a fridge for us. Walking distance to see the sites in Biarritz.
We would have liked a jug in the room to make a coffee or tea.

The location is perfect, very near the old port area with beautiful restaurants, shops and the amazing beach. The room was clean and cool thanks to a fan in the ceiling. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it's petfriendly, so we stayed with our dog for a small extra fee.
The shower was a bit tricky because the water would go everywhere but it worked perfectly and had strong pressure and temperature was easy to regulate, so that was great.

A lovely spot in the city centre, close to the waterfront and lots of cafés.
The staff are polite.
The room is warm.
The accommodation is quite dilapidated, the furniture is worn out, the television is old, the bedding is clean and so are the bathrooms, but otherwise the accommodation does not appear clean. I cannot describe the accommodation as comfortable, it is more suitable for a night or two.
