The ambiance was amazing, the staff were great, you can tell that they support each other and work like a team and this is visible. Everything with have asked it was provided to us immediately, from the coffee s and omelettes in the morning to the iron in the room They really care about their customers. Bravo👏

מלון מעוצב ויפה, נקי מאוד, רמה גבוהה, כמעט כל יום החליפו מגבות, מתחו יפה את המצעים והיה כיף מאוד לחזור לחדר בסוף כל יום. מיטה נוחה מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, צוות מסביר פנים ובמיוחד סיסיל מארוחת הבוקר.

Location was good. Central and near a train station. The staff were all friendly.
The room is really small. Smaller than what was expected. Barely any space to put a small suitcase. There was only one functional lift available at the time we went. This means when there are a few people wanting to get on it, it takes a while to get any where.
