There is no water heaters( catle ) in the rooms no tea or any soft drink ) the big point at night the reception not attend in the desk and the door closed from 11pm you cant go to your room because the door closed , room heater not working
The big point there is stuff in the desk at night and the door close we waiting around 30 min till my room mate come to open the door , some of rooms for special needs they give to us and the shower for specail needs how come i don’t known why like that this hotel , also room heater not working
