The location, staff especially the breakfast service staff and room cleaning staff
The access to lifts was extremely slow and frustrating as times waiting for it to arrive

Easy access to the MTR station and Langham shopping mall. Mongkok is a perfect mix of new and old with local markets, incredible local food and shopping. The views were so spectacular and quite breathtaking. The reception staff were awesome and very helpful as were the concierge team on the ground level. Don't miss Shanghai Street shopping, Portland Street lunch and dinners and the Canton Street local market. A favourite place was Dignity Kitchen at 618 Shanghai Street - a social enterprise food and training centre serving deelish food.
The bed was way too hard for my liking.
