Housekeeping was excellent. There were laundry facilities on the next floor to our rooms. The reception area was well air conditioned.
The room information pack was lacking. The kitchenette room and washing facilities was on the small side. The fridge lacked a proper freezer compartment. The door to the balcony was not openable.

Location was excellent, easy to walk around or hop on the mini bus
A strange one..we had kettle, cups and tea bags but no spoon to stir the tea :(. I thought we just couldn't find them but when I asked reception, we were told that we needed to pay for the cutlery service at HK$300 for our stay. We didn't need plates etc, just a few spoons and forks but no, HK$300 or nothing.
Also the 2 bed apartment doesn't have a walk in shower which isn't clear on the photos. There is a shower in bath but the bath is quite deep so if you have mobility issues then it's an issue. Front office staff just shrug their shoulders and offered nothing. A bit disappointing especially as the shower itself was a bit wonky and requests to front desk to look at it went unheard.

Great location. It is correct surface for a traveling couple. Very efficient housing !
The floor should be renewed.
