Location is great, between Mongkok East and mongkok mtr. Many shops nearby. Opposite is Fa Yuen municipal building which has a market and library. However, the place is rather dated and needs more tender loving care. The room does not seem that clean, dusty curtains and stained wallpaper. There is no desk only small sidetables. Powerful hairdryer provided. Appreciate that hand and bath towels are provided. But no hand soap.

stay was fantastic. Only complaint was overhead lighting over only mirror in room and elctrical outlet so very difficult for women to apply make up and do hair
