Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking even for my long wheelbase sprinter van. Excellent breakfast, good location and clean throughout. I had my elderly mother with me and staff arranged ground floor room and facilities in room where perfect.

Pillow was shocking. I asked for an extra one and was advised this is a weird request.
No wifi code provided
Air conditioning controlled by manager. Refusal to change setting from heat. Needed to open window which resulted in a lot of noise.
Would not recommend- looks a lot better than it actually is
