Rooms were wonderful - roomy with microwave,fridge and large table to work or eat on.
The location - construction going on, trash on corner. Little creepy in the evening walking back from the subway or local eateries.

It was very nice, also liked how there was a flee market right before the hotel
It was a big scary to walk back to in the dark but otherwise it was perfect

Bedrooms.
Large. Very clean. No noise.
Large tv. Excellent mattress.
You can watch tv from bath tub.
The breakfast.
Tables should be cleaned routinely and crumbs on floor removed. Fingerprints on cupboards should be removed.
Cutlery should be always complete.
Syrups bottles should not be left empty on counter at 8 am or hidden in cupboard.
Omelette missing one day. Asked and was given out of freezer plate. No brioches in baskets one day. No hard cheese on shelf one day. We had to ask to bring out of kitchen.
The front of the building should not be simply vaccum cleaned. It needs to be washdown with hot water and soap early morning. Stains of spill coffee and pigeon droppings next to main entrance.
The hotel Novotel name on the front signage is half broken
