Everything was fine. As described. No bad surprises.
For sure i will have this hotel in my mind for the next vist in paris. very good location, next to metro and bus stations
I wanted some chnages in the breakfast. for 9 days we had the same choices. Nothing else was bad in my opinion. I was travelling for business so i didnt have extreme expectations.

The location is really convenient- there’s a mall, resto, coffee shop and a metro station just in front of the hotel. It’s also around 30 mins to some of the main tourists spots like Louvre, Hausmann and Eiffel Tower osv. From the airport, it’s was about 32 mins drive by Bolt.
I specifically asked if we could get a room with a terrace, and thankfully, we got one! 😍 It was such a lovely little bonus. Having our own terrace gave us a nice moment to relax, enjoy the view, and simply look outside after a long day of exploring Paris.
We also visited Versailles, which was around 1 hour and 4 minutes away from the hotel. A little journey, but definitely worth it!

It is too hot in the summer but it is a general issue in Paris, but an AC would be necessary.

- Placed right next to the M3 metro
- staff is friendly
- large and well equipped kitchen
- very warm, even though it was max 25 degrees outside
- no real air circulation possible
- looots of mosquitoes
- the rooms smell
