It is always a pleasure to return to this hotel.
One of the reasons is the very helpful and friendly staff. I would like to thank Monsieur Antonie in particular because it made everything possible to get us a good and fast transportation to the airport due to the demonstrations in Paris right on the day of our departure.
I have received recommendations from them countless times regarding the best restaurants, pastry shops, and places to visit.
Another reason is the location. The hotel is situated in a very quiet neighborhood near Nation; I know that, lately, this area hasn't been portrayed in a positive light in the news, but I can tell you that I stayed there for a week—between two demonstrations—and even during the protests, I never felt unsafe. So, don't let yourself be influenced by social media or other channels. Just be cautious - but that applies to other cities as well.
For my next visit to Paris I'll definitely choose again this hotel.

Helpful staff, good location for us being in Paris for 2 nights. Modern facilities and a number good eateries nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean.
We got stuck in the lift and they seemed more concerned with how many people than the fact that we were stuck (max capacity is 8 we were 6 and way below the max weight) - the lift is managed off site and they took ages just to respond to the alarm. The emergency lights on the stairwell was defective and there is not sufficient lighting on the stairs.

Nice staff
The facilities were very dated and there were a lot of stains on walls and ceilings. The shower had mould on the outside and seemed clogged. additionally, very thin walls, squeaking noises were apparent the entire trip
