Expensive - good location

Location

Air conditioning did not work. I spent 60 mins at 2AM trying every option to make colder air come out. I am technically minded person but no luck and no instructions.

We loved our stay in Paris. Quite central and close to transport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spacious. Good breakfast

Nice and safe hotel in great location to stay with family

Very few or almost nill vegetarian food options in the hotel restaurant.

the Hotel can not be a four star hotel, so many things of the room things are not there such as slippers, iron, shortage in manpower and staff, no room service at night you can’t even order a water ,

The room was ok. Was good for a nights stay. Bed was nice and spacious. The shower was awesome.

The fact that the iron was on a separate floor. Would have been handy to have one in the room. The breakfast was not great at all. A dull selection of food.

A bit expensive for size. Can be kept more clean.

Simple and clean.

Expensive - it felt like a budget hotel. Rooms are very small. Extra cots put in for the kids further reduced the space in the room leaning to the young ones getting hurt while moving. It is like a room for just one person. Lots of dust in the room, even in the paper cups that were provided. Just a single bottle of water in the mini fridge. Okayish restaurant with a small menu but they did send food to the room in time.

As i expected to have atleast a Microwave facility to cook basic stuff, which wasn't available, however i was helped greatly by the team in getting what i wanted and is very much appreciated.

The staff were really lovely to deal with for every question we posed for them. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

In a room for two people, it would be better to have two sets of towels in the bathroom rather than hiding one set in the bottom of the wardrobe where we had stored our clothes and other items.

Good stay but not the best

The room was a fairly large, with a double bed and a sofa bed. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

The rooms could use an update. The knobs in the bathroom were broken, the class of the bathtub sounded like it was about to brake every time you touched it and there were stains on the walls. On of the buttons of the toilet was broken and the other got stuck every time you flushed. As well as there were very loud noises from the plumbing.

The pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast could have had a better selection of hot food.
