The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were forced to cut short our stay due to a emergency in our family ad they worked with booking for an immediate refund without any problem.
The breakfast was very good and the parking facility was absolutely useful in Paris

Staff was siper helpful. Location is not bad either, we reached Louvre Museum in 5-10 minutes and Eiffel Tower in 15-20 minutes (on Uber). Breakfast was decent, I used Uber eats for most of my lunch & dinner which was delivered at the reception. Parked my vehicle in the basement which was auite secure.
I stayed in Room 503 & 505, rooma were fine but the whole corridor area on this floor smelled terrible amd it stayed like it for most part of our stay (3 nights). The aircon was not very effective in the rooms and temperature was controlled mainly by keeping the curtains closed (travelled in August so weather was quite hot).

Nice place to stay for a weekend.
The carpet is so dusty that people with allergies won't enjoy the stay.
