Good location, couple of minutes of walk to bus stops and metro station linking to important attractions.
Clean and quiet neighbourhood.
Plenty of nearby stores and restaurants.
Working A/C helps to keep the rooms temp perfect.
Working lift.
Tiny apartment, tiny bathroom. Bit too small for a family of 4, but would be good for a couple.
Sometimes noisy neighbours during late night hours.
Practically no variety in breakfast, very sugary and same every day. We ended up buying some proteins in a nearby grocery store

Simple comfort, very clean, modern, late check-out at a cost, many supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby, metro station 700m away, easy access and check-in instructions
Access on Sunday to centre was difficult, unable to leave luggage anywhere on site before check/in, no early check-in, bathroom sink small and difficult access due to oversized mirror, but doable
