Fine, location ok, fit the purpose for one night

Hotel was generally fine. Outside station. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms were small and didnt feel very clean - needing a bit of a refurb (carpets, bathroom etc).

Pour une étape rapide c’était très bien.

Accueil vraiment agréable et service au restaurant et bar très bien. Et le fait d’arriver directement via le parking c’était le petit plus.

Hotel dirty, surroundings of the hotel full of trash, breakfast ham and cheese not fresh, parking full of thieves, on our arrival one car has been robbed

Property breakfest, no re Fill at 08:45, elevator-System is terrible, Parking old and very ugly, small roms, no carrying System for suitcases

Nice comfortable stay

Very close to the train and bus station is a big plus. The restaurant and meeting area is good. Helpful staff

The toilet being in a different room to the shower/wash basin is not good. Have seen this in fair few French hotels.

Good hotel at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast served at a different prices to adapt to the customer needs. Friendly staff.

It is not in the city center. It takes 20 m walk to go there.

Great hotel next to the train station and fantastic view of the mountains

The location (next to the station), the view of the mountains, the soaps from the Rituals shop, the friendliness of the staff, the fact that we can stay in the bedroom until 1pm.

Enjoyed it tremendously

the room, excellent service - especially Louis, breakfast and other meals. Location is great - right next to the train and bus stations and to many restaurants.

Quick stop after a weekend in the Alps

Big room, bathroom, view to the mountains.

No conditioner or body cream, breakfast starts late for a hotel next door to the train station, hard to find entrance.

if you look carefully. reviews - the expectations are the same from year to year, which means nothin

staff - 5 stars, but they work in a 4 star hotel :):( hence the problems, they are happy to help, but apparently the policy of the hotel is to try to minimize costs :( the safe has been broken for 5 years, so they didn’t do it to us :) liquid soap and shampoo were not replenished, ... BUT! excellent restaurant and breakfast, excellent management at the reception! all in all good :)

Well placed location with easy access for Travel.

The Room was a good size with very comfortable beds and lots of space for me and my children. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

As we had an oversized vehicle it would not fit in the hotel parking. We were directed to another local parking facility but did not realise that we would then have to pay an additional 30 Euros for 24 hour parking. This was not visible on any of the hotel information that we received.

room aircon didn’t work, carpet in rooms looked filthy, minibar didn’t work. hand soap dispenser empty both times I stayed here and an already opened bottle of water in minibar

Excellent service

I stayed there as my mum was in the local hospital at the end of our Xmas skiing holiday and ended up extending the stay by 2 days. The staff were amazing, so helpful and their English was brilliant, much better than my French ! Liloo the receptionist was extremely helpful and ordered our Taxi to the airport which was one less thing for me to worry about. 10 / 10 fir everything. Thank you.
