Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful or willing to help without asking.
In particular, the executive lounge was very professionally run, staff were very polite and attentive. Special thanks to Angela and Rico for their professional service, and Hesper for her very friendly reception.
Well done!
The hotel interior is aged compared to the other newer hotels.

Location is Excellent. Room is a bit dated already. Needs renovation. Breakfast is also excellent.
Staff was very attentive and excellent.
Rooms are still ok and comfortable but a bit dated. Needs renovation.
Hard to call housekeeping and in room dining. No one was answering.

The service staff were always willing to assist and had smiles on their faces. They were courteous and helpful.
The location perfect — I like that it’s well located, close to shopping, restaurants, MTR and next to the ferry.
We asked for a queen bed but were not accommodated on day 1. Front desk staff said that they’ll try on day 2 but no one got in touch with us or followed up.
For a 5 star hotel and for the price we paid, we expected the room to be nice. Unfortunately, it’s an old hotel and in need of refurbishment — the carpet smelled old and needs to be replaced.
