Beautiful hotel in good location and beautiful garden setting, short walk to beach, very helpful staff and great facilities. Also great breakfast if you choose that option.

Very good

Beds were comfortable, slept very well. Awesome location to the centre of Cannes and the beach.

Needs a refurbishment inside rooms. The guest book needs refreshing.

Beautiful villa in great location

Beautiful villa in great location. Staff was really friendly and helpful! They even made sure to provide milk alternatives for breakfast.

some of the rooms are in the annex section and are souterrain with little light, so if you prefer to stay in the villa make sure to book the right room category.

A memorable stay in a beautiful historic property in a convenient location in Cannes. Thank you Christophe.

A delightful, historical building, beautifully styled with iconic movie stars & just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist hub. There was direct access to the town & beach straight down from the property. There was also an abundance of restaurants. The room had a nice outlook onto the garden, was bright, spacious & the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was light & a good size. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. Christophe was the perfect host & we enjoyed chatting each day. The breakfast was delicious & enjoyed under the breeze of the trees in the garden. Claudia the cat was welcomed us each morning.

The property was on a busy road but there were lights to cross down into town. The was no traffic noise at night. There was no air conditioning in the bathroom but it was a perfect place to dry washing.

Perfect location in Cannes

Everything except few things.

There was no sound isolation. You can here everything what is spoken in other rooms. Bathroom and toilet were too small. You have to leave the door open when you sit on the toilet:/

Beautiful property with great location and lovely staff

The villa is absolutely stunning and so beautifully decorated. The staff and owners make the property exceptional and they went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible, helping with luggage, making suggestions for our stay and also getting lost property back to us after we had left the hotel. The location is very good being a short walk to Cannes town and beach and we had a lovely view from our room.

The staff was very kind, they gave us great suggestions and guided us a lot in the overnight program and the hotel was so clean and near the city center

noisy

I liked everything except the noise

the noise of cars. Apparently some rooms have a different direction , but my room was towards a very noisy road and as I always sleep with open windows, I could not sleep.

Very personalized hotel, nice service by owners. Price fair.

Had a room in the lower ground, which didnt have much day lighting - not sure if this could be mentioned in the next reservation. Also on last day we had some issues with ants.

The location of the property is really good, and close to all points of interest. The staff and the owner of the property are very kind, and gave us very good recommendations of activities around. The property is beautiful and the room was good value for money. I will recommend to try it.

I had a lovely stay and I would go back.

The Owner Christophe is so kind and helpful. The hotel is so pretty and Christophe pays attention to all the small details that make a stay away from home feel safe and up lifting.

I was in a lively small lower level room but had to keep my curtains drawn for privacy as it is in the entry of the lower level.

Fantastic location as a base to explore Cannes and Côte d’Azur

Beautiful building in a fantastic location close to the railway station and the Croisette. Rooms very clean and beds comfy. Staff extremely welcoming and always ready with a recommendation of where to visit.
