The hotel is located in an excellent area - a short walking distance from the main shopping street Rue d'Antibes, the sea, and the rest of the attractions that Cannes has to offer.
The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean.
The hotel staff is very kind.
They call their hotel "Wellness Jacuzzi" but this is misleading, because for using the spa facilities they demand an additional payment, and even require a reservation in advance. A very big disappointment.
The breakfast is very bad. Save your money and book a room without breakfast. In the nearby street - rue d'Antibes - you will find plenty to eat, and much cheaper too.
Parking is not cheap - 18 euros per day.
