Location is great.
The apartment had two rooms and it was spacious.
Bathroom fittings and kitchen appliances need a caring hand to fix them up (leaking shower, shaking handles, integrated fridge falling out of the housing). Would appreciate more dishes and cutlery for the amount of people staying in the apartment. There was a big TV that was not working which was especially critical during FIFA. Have been to reception three times asking to fix it since the day we have moved in. The TV was fixed only in 9 days, one day prior to our departure and when it was not needed any longer.
Balcony was not used as it was quite dusty (incl. rattan furniture).
Inner yard had a crazy bright lighting (lamps) on the kitchen/bar terrace all night through even though it was closed and no people used it.
Vendor machine in the hall would not accept cards (coins only).

Location was perfect to walk anywhere in city center. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious w many amenities. the bathroom was huge, great shower pressure, strong hair dryer. It was a perfect spot to spend a few days in Cannes.
