We change the hotel cause it was not comfortable and very small rooms

- clean and hygiene - different to communicate since booking is done by travel agency and not directly, different to modify the booking and we were with 5 kids reaching from dubai to cannes to a comfy hotel but it was so small and uncomfortable

Really enjoyed our stay. Brilliant location, 3 mins from promenade. All very clean.

Location was brilliant . Clean Having the small kitchenette was great to make drinks, small snacks etc and having the fridge was really good. Pool was also a bonus and the pool bar. Bed very comfortable. Room serviced every day.

Pool area was not serviced very well. People constantly leaving towels on beds that weren’t there, so difficult to know where to sit. People awful at leaving litter around. Not much seating by pool bar. bar area is just an add on by the door rather than a relaxing space to have an evening drink. Expensive but good value considering price of other properties in the area. Room could have been a bit bigger.

The hotel is really nice but if I had know about the space in the room I would have not taken this one

The economic room is very inconfortable . Hardly any space on the side of the bed . Very difficult to plug something to charge as the sockets are under the bedside table and you cannot stand on the side if the bed !

Great hotel and location, also great for long stays

Great hotel location wise and if you are traveling with family. Each room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette so it was very convenient for us as we had a child. So we were able to cook. We booked the suite room which is big and comfy. Location is great, less than 5min walk to the croisette

Easy and relaxed hotel, perfect for larger groups or family stay

Nice pool area, comfy beds, near beach and a short walk to town and restaurants. In general, hotel was so relaxed! we were a group of 11 girls and must have been very annoying, but the staff managed us perfectly and without fuss.

Pool bar was slow at times, but that was probably for the best

The friendly staff and the well equipped rooms.

There was always something wrong... From a full day without internet in the room and also no lights in the room. But the hotel made efforts to tackle that and even offered us a bottle of champagne and change of rooms as a way of apologising.

Comfortable stay in Cannes

I booked a pool view as I wanted the quiet of an internal room away from traffic noise. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the beach and round the corner from a convenience store. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating.

Due to the rooms having tiled floors one could occasionally hear people and furniture from the floor above. But for the most part it was quiet. The pool deck would be more appealing if they had umbrellas.

Highly recommended!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Vanessa and the entire breakfast team :) The room is very clean and nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the location is also very convenient. It is 2 min walk from the shopping street and 5-10 min walk from the beach. There are a few restaurants nearby which I highly recommend: Le Bangkok (Asian food) and Mood (Lebanese food). The spa needs to be booked in advance and I enjoyed it.

The room is a bit dark but I think that's the smallest problem :)

Location-great location-3 minute walk to croisette, 5 minute walk to bus (to Nice), 10+ minute walk to train to Monaco Reception-people were friendly & helpful Breakfast-plenty of hot & cold food which were refilled when necessary, good choices of food Pool-able to obtain towels for pool from reception, pool area was clean Room-Ample size, there was a stove top (which I did not use, but could come in handy), coffee maker & teapot available, dishes & silverware available as well as a mini-refrigerator Maid service-did a good job cleaning the room All in all everything was good.

Not applicable-everything was good for my stay.

A few days of sunshine, glamour, sightseeing and wonderful French food.

Wide choice of food at breakfast from different types of fruit, yoghurts, bread rolls, croissants, crepes, cakes and pastries, to cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, crispy smoked bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs and omelets, fish, lentils and different types of coffee and tea. Superb!

The only issue, which the hotel really couldn’t do anything about, was the presence of some nasty mosquitoes, especially around the pool, apparently a problem currently in Cannes. Suggest taking mosquito repellent.

beds, they put two single to make one double for couples and they moved during the night. I asked if they could make a change and they said they will answer but I got no response.

Nice staff but stressful environment

The staff in the reception was very nice and polite. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The small poolarea was totally invaded by children. From 2 yrs old to teen-agers. Approx. 20 kids in total. Impossible to relax with all the screaming and balls flying over our heads. The room was very noice due to heavy traffic outside all night.
