Mariariage trés réussi dans un endroi magnifique0

Nous étions pour le mariage de ma fille toit c'est bien passé le personnei gentil l'endroit est magnifique une terrasse exterieure romantique avis au romantiques de la nature .. Les chambres trés jolies pour ma part 'jy retournerai même mon chat était heureux la vue sur le lac.... Et tout y était pour vous doucher peignoir savo et accessoir et trés spacieux .. Je reccommande vivement ..un endroit magnifique..

Petit déjeuner peu fourni pas de viennoiseries, de cake, d’oeuf aux plats…un peu dommage pour le niveau de l’établissement.

A refaire rapidement

La propreté, la grande qualité des ’équipements, de la literie notamment, la gentillesse de tout le personnel et le service de navette vraiment génial

La déco qui peut paraître un peu vieillotte mais qui a son charme Le restaurant La Table avec un rapport qualité prix franchement discutable, un service beaucoup trop rapide pour cette gamme de restaurants. Nous avons l’habitude de ce genre d’établissement et avons été franchement déçus.

Extremely mediocre and disappointing.

Swimming pool was good.

Service at dinner was appalling. There was no service available at the pool bar earlier in the day and we were told that there was not really a bar and that we should go to an alternative hotel!

Quiet, quaint rejuvenating retreat with excellence French cuisine.

Character and charm which is hard to compare with newer hotels, the aged look of the grounds is like a storybook. A treasured experience to consider when booking in Evian. Quiet location, very relaxing.

Bathroom need renovation and or more up keep. Mattresses are hit or miss in terms of comfort. But overall not the worst. Regardless it was a quiet and restful sleep.

there wasn't any hot water to run a bath and the staff said they would fix it, but then couldn't we were out of season so the swimming pool was empty

Beautiful place

Highly recommend for a romantic weekend. The hotel is located in the middle of nature. It’s calm. staff is super nice and the room very large and comfortable.

location, facilities, beautiful building and the garden, tennis, ping pong, well organized

the pool was closed in the morning. After we have complained and asked for some compensation, we have received a free breakfast for one person.

Excellent service, beautiful territory, perfect for the nice weekend!

We’ve booked La Verniaz hotel, but it was some issue with it and we very placed at the Ermitage hotel. Exceptional service! The attitude to the guests as for VIP persons. Was very pleasant.

Love the design of this place. Also want to note nice park and the territory, good cosmetics in the rooms and in SPA.

Superb

The room was very big, nice and clean.. Always warm although the weather was really cold. The price was also very good.. Beautiful room at a beautiful place

The only thing that i didnt like was that the hotel's restaurant was closed and if you were hungry you should go to another hotel.

hotel tastefully preserved and decorated, friendly staff who seems happy to be part of the hotel, great location close to town and yet in the calm greenery. restaurant is beautiful and food is delicious.

Exceptional

It was a complex of buildings in a nice setting. We did not use the pool or breakfast, but did have a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Staff was great. The room had what we needed. The woman at check-in spoke English and was very helpful and pleasant. She was a great start to our trip!

Lovely location but the buildings need a serious upgrade

Location very peaceful and private

Room was poorly furnished with very old furniture. Bar and restaurant lacking any atmosphere at all and did not encourage us to eat or drink there.

A lot of potential but to ve avoided until renovation is completed

This hotel is well-located and has a lot of potential. very good breakfast. Nice pool and pool bar.

Run down. This hotel is in need of urgent and major renovations. Rooms are confortable but minimally equipped. As is, the price value ratio is poor.
