The room was spacious, enough to fit two cribs. The location was excellent, calm and silent, but still close to the center. The breakfast was superb. The cold plunges and dry sauna were good, so were the pools and tubs. Restaurant was good as well, but pricey. Kids club was good, but unfortunately only for older kids.
Overall we paid a very high price for a nice hotel. The overall price, based on our experience traveling, should be around 40% lower for what we had. The gym was very poor, the hammam was probably on an energy-saving mode (long periods of low temperatures before new steam came out). They charged a large price for an afternoon tea, which frankly should be included in the high daily tariffs. The rooms lacked climatization, which was hard in the summertime, and the curtains would not cover at all the lights early in the morning (usually this is fine, but on a jet lag - not ok). I point a lot of issues only because of how much we paid per night - something much better and with more amenities included should have been provided at this cost.

The staff are exceptional - especially the concierge and shuttle drivers. The property is very close to the town and it is very nice to have the ski shop on site.
Overall we did not find the food (except for breakfasts and deserts) good at all. The menu was very limited.

First off the location of the hotel is perfectly centered and just a ~8 minute walk to Megève town centre, and far enough to not have any noise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very simple but delicious. The bed was comfy as well as the pillows. Dinner came with unlimited dessert which was a surprise, much enjoyed. The bathroom was very neat and tidy. The head concierge Ben was very accommodating and made sure nothing wad short of our stay and wrote us an itinerary and recommendations, which was very helpful and made sure to give us multiple suggestions. The hotel is obviously on the pricer side and that is without the dinners, however i do believe you get what you pay for as the experience and place speaks for itself. The outdoor thermal pools were my favorite along with the outdoor sauna. We asked to be checked in early and all our requirements have been met.
The shower gel and shampoo was not refilled during our stay. The spa area could be better, where the actual massage was very good but i would feel as it is a resort spa, i would expect to have tea and fresh fruit / nuts offered in the post-relaxation area (there is no post-relaxation area).
