Amazing

Concierge Mr. Ben was amazing to provide us with the necessary information of the trek and activities suitable for our family. He made the whole experience amazing. The location of the property just 5min walking from the city center, The breakfast was full of options and all very good quality, Restaurants at the property for lunch or dinner were amazing with excellent SPA with outdoor jacuzzi

No ironing machine and board in the room. You have to pay 10EUROS per item to get them ironed. This service should be part of the room price and not to be paid extra. Lower floor room too dark that require the lights to be switched-on constantly.

the view, the nice decoration, the room.

Crowded breakfast, only one lady at the omelette / crepes station and no help from the guy at the cheese / ham station.The queue was very long and the little breakfast room packed with people. Not really 5 star standards. The lady managed well and kept her smile despite the stress. The dinner at the restaurant was ok but not amazing.

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Especially front of house and guys looking after cars

Not as clean as in previous years and staff stretched so slow to respond especially in restaurant.

One of my favorite hotels in the world

The staff, especially Ben, were exceptionally kind and helpful. The property is beautiful, serene and unique. The interior design, architecture and even landscaping are pure genius and together create a unique and special experience.

I have no complaints.

Very enjoyable and would definitely go back.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Away from the slopes but very efficient private shuttle. Very welcoming and comfortable.

The main restaurant dinner was a bit disappointing.

Great staff but a room with cemetery view is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel

Staff was amazing and hotel is indeed charming but a room with cemetery view for a romantic 5 star stay is very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Really a magical feeling from the moment of arrival. The hotel caters to all your needs starting with a great breakfast, finishing with an aperitif by the fire

You're not going to save money staying here but if you are looking for a special experience it is worthwhile.

Splendid experience at a marvelous property with TOP staff !!

Very cosy and spacious room, lounge area,… The spa is well set up and service throughout the whole hotel is to what can be expected in a 5* hotel. very kind and helpful staff
