We LOVED our stay here in Megeve. The facilities were amazing, including the breakfast each morning and the spa/pool. The staff were very accommodating, and helpful to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The location was great, close to everything you need. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the decor of the hotel as a whole was stunning. Would definitely stay again.
Our room did show a balcony, however upon check in our room didn’t have a balcony. The handheld shower situation was unusual for Australia’s so we found showering a little tricky. Car parking is valet which is great, however our hire car did have a dent upon return which we can only assume is from another car door being opened into our hire car. This was the only real disappointment of the stay.

Excellent quality overall. We stayed in the chalet and the room was fantastic. The lounge was an extra bonus. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast and coffee were top. The roof top bar was extraordinary and the bartenders were among the best we have seen. The SpA was small but brand new and sufficient.

Beautiful location. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Fabien, who made our stay seamless. He helped us with mountain biking routes and gave us excellent guidance. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and we’ll certainly be back!
