This hotel is located in a central part of Berlin, within walking distance of major attractions and has great public transport links to points of interest further out. From the moment we walked in, we were surprised at just how good it was. Aesthetically, the style is not for everyone, as with its ostensibly "nouveau riche" appearance it can come off as tasteless. However, it certainly is luxurious and very well looked after. I cannot remember when was the last time that we stayed at such a clean and nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite, the free sauna and plunge were lovely too. We didn't try the hotel breakfast and had no time to properly check out the gym, but it is fantastic to have so many options and facilities.
There are no negatives, we loved our stay here so much! The only way this could have been even more luxurious and amazing is if there was a swimming pool.

The room was clean, the stuff was really kind and they let us leave the luggage the day of arrival before checkin and the day of leaving after checkout.
The pillows were not really comfortable. We found the hotel a little bit expensive for what it offered.

Excellent location, hotel has a certain appeal - lots of mirrors. Our room was nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
Only bathtub; as we stayed in the allergy-friendly room, we could not open the window. Staff was supportive to get us into another room, however, after the first night it was okay. The bar was closed during our stay due to special circumstances.
