Good location with easy access to public transport. Room was very comfortable.
The check in and out process. Was too busy at Reception and the self check in counters did not work.
The lifts to the rooms could get busy.

Great location, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view, which made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!
The breakfast includes all the basic options, but nothing beyond that. Room cleaning needs to be requested a day in advance; otherwise, the room will not be cleaned.
The biggest issue for me was the bathroom design. The bathroom has glass walls and offers very little privacy. You can also hear everything from the bathroom in the room, which can be quite uncomfortable, especially when staying with someone else.

Great location, clean and comfortable !
Check-out is by NOON, the cleaning staff came to knock at 09h30, 10h30, 11h00 although the "Do Not Disturb" tag was on the door. I complained 2 times via room telephone to the reception and they were also surprised of this..

Quiet room, decent lifts, nice view, good position
Charging for extras, such as bag storage before we could check-in. No shampoo or shower gel in the shower. Room too warm. No USB outputs. We learnt from a previous stay that the breakfast was very poor so this time we went out for breakfast
