Staff, location and free room upgrade were great points.
Air conditioning in the room did not work. The room was very hot all day and staff couldn't fix this issue during our stay. The only solution was to switch the air con off and keep the window open to cool the room. Was very difficult to sleep due to the warmth of the room.
