This was my second stay here, and once again, I was very happy with my experience. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was really pleasant. The location is also great - right next to the train station and within easy walking distance of the clubs we were going to.
I still feel there could be a little more storage space in the room, but everything is designed so well that it’s not a major issue.

The location was 10 minutes walking distance from Alexanderplatz. The staff was very helpfull and positive while both check-in and check out process. The design of the rooms were also conaiderably. I saved this proğerty for my further trips to Berlin for sure.
There were no smoking available rooms.

The hotel felt new, with a fresh design. Staff were friendly, and the little bar was cute.
Not sure if this is the case with all rooms, but the bathroom was wheelchair accessible and the shower ended up taking up the whole space, meaning it was hard to not get everything wet. We also got an 'upgrade' to their very strange top floor rooms which are a little bit treehouse designed..

The staff were friendly and polite. It’s close to a major traffic hub. The breakfast was ok.
As someone has already pointed out, the beds are rock hard. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide any topper to compensate the problem.
The new layout of the double rooms is really impractical. It’s okayish for solo travellers but definitely too small for two. There is nowhere to put two pieces of luggage or hang two coats. It’s been freshly renovated but the interior designer obviously prefered form over fuction. Pity.
