location is great and the staff are so friendly and accommodating! i was able to check in early and leave my luggage too as i had a very late flight. would come back and book again!

Both members of staff we met couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The room overlooked the courtyard and was so quiet particularly given its central location. Excellent access for public transport.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at Hotel am Hermannplatz.
The staff were very hospitable and kind and catered to our every need
The hotel and room was very clean with double layered windows, radiators and extra blankets for warmth. The beds are very sizeable and comfortable. The hotel provides free WiFi and TV’s in the rooms.
The bathroom provides towels, hand soap and body/hair soap and is a great size (Note the shower can be a bit slow to drain but it’s not a big deal).
The breakfast was a lovely set variety of breads and toppings, meats and cheeses, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juice with good vegetarian options and plenty to keep us fuelled for the morning.
The location was perfect, situated nicely between two stations on the reliable U8 line with excellent transport links to central Berlin and the airport with the S-Bahn (overground), regional trains, trams and buses all in close proximity.
The area boasts several local eateries, a small local park and numerous corner shops and two larger supermarkets Lidl and Penny.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.
The showers can take time to drain but this is such a minor issue. The property is otherwise perfect!

The gentleman who received us ensured we had everything we needed during our stay.
This is not a modern hotel. The decor is very outdated. The facilities are very basic.
