The location. The rooms were sufficient but lacking see below.
Bathroom clean and good shower pressure.
There was no kettle with tea making facilities, only coffee machine and pods on first day which made my home bought tea bags taste of coffee. We had to ask for more coffee pods etc for remaining days as were told we only get pods on first night….i don’t drink coffee but my husband does.
No where to hang or store clothes, no hangers just coat hooks in the room and no safe.

Over priced when I booked & 1 week later was 50% cheaper. Far from city centre
