The staff were excellent- very helpful. Transport links from the hotel were great and everything was within walking distance for us.

The location was good and the breakfast was ok.
The reception staff were very helpful and professional. However, one member of the cleaning staff showed a poor attitude when we requested bed sheets, and overall the hotel was not clean.
