The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the public transport and in walking distance to some cool places. Everything was comfortable, clean and OK.
Everything was fine. We got different room type than we asked for but it was solved within a few minutes and we can move to the right one immediately.

Convenient location, there’s a shop very close by for some drinks and snacks. Park across the street where there’s a really cute beer garden. The bed was so comfy. Shower was great. Room was spacious.

We loved the location, it’s in the quiet part of the city and near the tram stations. Right at the corner there are few shops and pharmacy. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the room as we were lucky to have the windows to the inner block. Good parking options.
Starting with the staff which were not polite but rather very arrogant. During our stay, it was very hot and the AC wasn’t working, some said it’s a technical issue, some said there was the change of the operating system and some that it was still a winter season - I mean, zero hospitality, just trying to make excuses. We were also looking forward to get the breakfast - comparing to other hotels of this scale, there was a very small variety of food and e.g. scrambled eggs was so dry, almost no vegetables - we were very disappointed. The lift also didn’t work properly, we were driving up and down… to sum up, definitely not worth the price. Next time, we will be looking for some different hotel to stay.
