Positives were that the bed was comfortable. room clean, and the location is convenient.
There were no toothbrush/cups in the room.
Getting one on request is fine to reduce waste, but I was told I had to pay for it using their vending machine!
You also have to pay to store luggage after check-out.
These are standard things that hotels of this level usually provide for free - caution needed to be aware of these extra hidden expenses.
Also there were some other guests having a loud party in their room across the hall, where the sound travelled into the room until early morning - it's not very soundproof, despite what they say on their website. I believe security gave those guests a warning, but they did not bother to come back to check whether they had quietened down or not, and the party just got louder.
