This is a generous, economic place with a very spacious room, comfortable large bed. One could feel at home right away. The room is well furnished with a working desk, sofa sitting area, couch table, wardrobe, book shelves etc. There is a small entry hall, a good bathroom, and a kitchen, well-suited for preparing meals etc. Staff communicate well. Wifi was very good. There are good bars, cafes (esp. for breakfast), restaurants, shops close by. The place is in central Berlin, with Metro Nollendorf and bus stops in all directions within a 2 - 3 minute walk. From Bülowstr. about 3 - 4 minutes, you can conveniently take a frequent bus directly to the Central Station. Overall very good value for money at very good location.
The elevator sometimes didn't work well upwards from the ground floor. This seemed to be because the outer door did not always close 100 %. An extra swing, or someone helping to close from the outside fixed the problem.
The balcony, which seemed very nice and sunny, with a nice view, was unfortunately sealed shut.
Some basic spices etc. in the kitchen would be nice.

Super central location, great value for money, shared bathrooms are clean.
Rooms facing the street are noisy, with the train line right in front of the window. On warm days it’s impossible to keep it open because of the noise…

The location, the warm water in the shower
The hallway and the neighbourhood around it were a bit questionable. There were weird smells in the apartment as well
