room is small but ok for the price, breakfast is standard one and could be included in the price, the location is good, near to metro etc.
The breakfast is not anything different or expensive, so it should be within the price range. For the price I pay and no breakfast, this hotel is a little expensive.

Good selection for breakfast. Friendly staff
No Air Conditioning. At 37° on arrival I was informed that the Air Conditioning was broken but was being fixed. I saw no one try to fix the AC. It was broken for our whole stay. A fan was lent to us but this had little effect.
