The position of the location is great, it is directly on the river spree. The room is very nice.
In the morning you can feel the river breeze during your coffee
The services are poor. We stayed 4 nights there and in none of the days the cleaning staff did their job (clean the room). One day I met one of them and asked him about cleaning and he told me our room is not on his list (reception issue). So for them is normal not to do some cleaning (remove garbage, change towels etc.) in 4 nights...

The location was fab! As was the room.
Quite a lot:
1. Don't get me started on the laundry. After 2 trips from the laundry to reception and back I still couldn't wash my clothes. (I handled them finally). Instructions only in German and a receptionist who claimed she did not know how it worked. I get that it is Germany, but this is a hotel for international travellers.
2. On one of the days we had no hot water. There was no apology or offer of compensation.
3. The coffee shop: again, don't get me started. One barista making coffees with every one else just standing around. After waiting more than 10min for a takeaway coffee we cancelled the order. The server asked us if we wanted a refund!
