Location was great because the hotel is part of a shopping mall, which made it very convenient. An U Bahn stop is right outside the shopping mall, so navigating Berlin with public transportation is super easy. Parking was also very accessible and easy. The room was cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed the hotel. No complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay at the niu hotel. FLASH! The concept is fun and funky, with a great design that makes the hotel stand out.
Yes, the room is on the smaller side (took #113), but it’s very modern, impeccably clean, and has everything you need (safe, hairdryer, great lighting). The real highlight? The bedding – from the pillows to the duvet and mattress, it was an absolute dream. We slept like babies in total silence.
The breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate – not too extravagant, not too light, just right to start the day.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: the U-Bahn station is literally right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
A special shoutout to Lara at reception, who was absolutely adorable and impressed us by speaking 6 languages – what a talent!
We also really appreciated the secure underground parking (€12/day – very convenient for Berlin). We didn't get to try the restaurant, but their quick meals looked inviting. We however enjoyed their full bar.
Honestly, we have nothing negative to say. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stylish, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in Berlin. We’ll definitely be back!

Pleasant to stay at a very unique facility.
The Holiday Inn signage did not exist anywhere on the outside of the hotel. Sadly even the hotel entrance was very difficult to locate so much so that my taxi driver wasnt sure whether he was dropping me off at the right location. Signage needs to be MUCH BIGGER. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Generally, the hotel decoration was good, and the staff at the reception were kind and helpful, especially the Brazilian lady.
We spent a week at the hotel, and the daily room cleaning was subpar. Additionally, we always had to ask for a towel because they took it away, or even the shower gel container. The cleaning staff were very noisy, including the lady who supervised them. I also think that at least a kettle and two cups should be available in the room. A small freezer would be ideal too.
